Weeks 1-10: 125mg Prop ED
Weeks 1-8: 100mg Tren Ace ED
Weeks 1-4: 100mg Anadrol ED

PCT- TRT 200mg Cyp/wk
I will be using 10mg of Nolva EOD with this cycle to reduce gyno. I know there are a lot of myths out there about Nolva and a 19-nor causing more gyno and not preventing it...they are all false. Most people just parrot information when it comes to that topic because I have done the research and I have yet to see anything that proves Nolva and a 19-nor shouldn't be ran together.
Here is a quick diet break down without macros:
Meal 1:
2 pieces of wheat toast
4 tsb PB
8 egg white/ 2 whole eggs
1 chobani greek yogurt
3 cups of oates
Meal 2:
whey shake
16oz gatorade
4 peices of white bread
1 bananna
Meal 3:
10oz lean ground beef
3 yams
4 cups of green beans or green veggie
Meal 4:
3 chicken breast
3 cups of oates
2 banannas
Meal 5:
cytogainer weight gain shake
2 pieces ezekiel bread
1 tsb olive oil
Meal 6:
8oz Shrimp
3 cups of rice
1 chobani yogurt
salad or some cucumbers
Meal 7:
1-1.5 cups of cottage cheese
2 tsb peanut butter
