    Fall Bulk Cycle

    6'2" 245lbs at 13% bf.

    Goal: 255-260lbs without going over 15% bf.

    This will be my 4th cycle. (Previous cycles consisted of 1.) Test E 2.) Test E/ Deca/ Dbol. 3.) Cyp/Tren/Superdrol.

    Weeks 1-10: 125mg Prop ED
    Weeks 1-8: 100mg Tren Ace ED
    Weeks 1-4: 100mg Anadrol ED

    *Caber will be on hand.

    PCT- TRT 200mg Cyp/wk

    I will be using 10mg of Nolva EOD with this cycle to reduce gyno. I know there are a lot of myths out there about Nolva and a 19-nor causing more gyno and not preventing it...they are all false. Most people just parrot information when it comes to that topic because I have done the research and I have yet to see anything that proves Nolva and a 19-nor shouldn't be ran together.

    Here is a quick diet break down without macros:

    Meal 1:
    2 pieces of wheat toast
    4 tsb PB
    8 egg white/ 2 whole eggs
    1 chobani greek yogurt
    3 cups of oates

    Meal 2:
    whey shake
    16oz gatorade
    4 peices of white bread
    1 bananna

    Meal 3:
    10oz lean ground beef
    3 yams
    4 cups of green beans or green veggie

    Meal 4:
    3 chicken breast
    3 cups of oates
    2 banannas

    Meal 5:
    cytogainer weight gain shake
    2 pieces ezekiel bread
    1 tsb olive oil

    Meal 6:
    8oz Shrimp
    3 cups of rice
    1 chobani yogurt
    salad or some cucumbers

    Meal 7:
    1-1.5 cups of cottage cheese
    2 tsb peanut butter

    Okayyyy....I am down to hear your thoughts.

    Holy shit that's an assload of food. Personally I'd go easy on the fruit, bread, peanut butter... and replace the weight gainer with clean food. Your kinda dirty bulking which might get you to 15% before you reach your goal for muscle.

    Cycle looks fine, ancillaries look fine, diet looks great. 10lbs will easily be achieved here..

    What I'm more curious to see as far as progress goes is your strength increase. You'll be picking up houses soon..

    Thanks guys. I'm not too worried about the fruit and PB, I will do some light cardio twice a week. I think that will help.

    cycle looks good, but holy crap that's alot of food.

    I'd be careful, or you'll gain more fat than you'd like.

    whats your personal exp. with drol? How does it compare to dbol in terms of strength/mass/water weight?

    I've only tried Drol once, and it was liquid oral.

    Strength gains were equal.
    Water was heavier on drol, though the time I ran it I was on a lower dosed AI, and it was combined with Sust.
    I noticed more size on Dbol. The pumps and aggressiveness in the gym were more intense.
    I felt a bit more sluggish on Dbol initially, Drol I didn't get any of that.

    Out of the two, I'd opt for Dbol. Out of any oral, I'd choose Anavar.

    If I were running your cycle, I would extend my Drol to 6 weeks and use 50-75mg PD. I find gains were more maintainable at a lower and steady dose/duration rather than higher/shorter.

    all looks good to me diet wise. not sure why people are saying thats too much food though.... to weight 260 you have to eat big. 5k plus, which this is prob pretty close to. start a log


    im my eperience eod is the way to go. but try ed first you can always switch. sometimes i would do 2x does in my ass eod and then .5 does ed in the smaller muscles. see what works for u broski

    Absolutely. I was 172lbs 4 years ago. The only way I am getting bigger is with an abundance of gear and calories.

    Thanks. I ran dbol a few years ago but it was Mexican stuff, so I am pretty sure it was underdosed. I remember getting horrible stomach pains on the shit and feeling lethargic all the time. I will give drol a go this time, I will be starting a log in September.

    I doubt you'll get any lethargy off Drol. That's a plus when I ran this compound. Looking forward to the log..
