sperm count low pleaseee helpppp

i have done a few cycles nothing major used test,deca no more than 300mg and anabol over some years but most cycles i didnt complete,anyways i have some fears of having my sperm count lowered so i did a test and my count is 8 million and motility is 20% please help me guys anyone been in the same situation please help i am 25 years old
ps i have been on antibiotic therapy and analgesics for 8 days now so i am not in my best health but 8 million is too low yet..help me guys

You said you did a test, some kind of over the counter test. I wouldn't trust anything otc. If it was your Dr. then he is the only one who can direct you in the right direction. If your worry about kids in the future, then you need to tell them about your cycles and your sex life be truthful about everything. Only a fertility Dr. can help you. No otc stuff is going to increase your sperm count. Good Luck

Here's some advice:

Don't do roids until you have had all your kids. Doesn't help but you did and its time to pay the piper.

I don't think you can change the motility. If you inject B12 and B6 your sperm count will go up, but not permanently. I know a guy who had almost no sperm count due to abusing AAS w/out PCT. Dr put him on HCG for 2 months which corrected his problem. No idea of the doses he was taking.

Cycles reduce motility and count. Not necessarily permenantly. No worries unless you are trying for children. There is always AI if getting your woman preggers is too slow or a problem

So your sperm count is low...I could only hope to be so lucky!
On a serious note, are you currently trying to have a kid?
If not, just avoid AAS until you're done having kids.
When the time comes and you want to knock-up your wife, HMG and Clomid will temporarily put your sperm count through the roof, so it isn't a huge deal IMO.

how long since your last cycle?

I ended a cycle Nov 2 2009 and took a fertility test in feb 2009 it was less than 2million but good motility

a few months later I was up over 20 million.

In more severe cases, yes.
But it could help permanently (hpta restart) if your problem was self-imposed and hasn't gotten too bad yet.

I dont get what is the big deal with low sperm count, it only takes one. Just keep hitting it until you get it right and she gets preg. Then have a paternity test done ASAP just to be sure.....

Test is used to increase your sperm count,it is given in high doses and when you stop taking it you get a rebound of increased sperm count,its in the literature packed with your test if you get it by perscription. My son had twins after he got off a cycle of test and eq for 8 weeks,while he was on the cycle she couldnt get pregnant ( they were trying) but when he got off the cycle boom she got pregnant.

Wow it sounds like you are freaking out about this. If you need help that quick Im sure a few of us here might be willing to help out with the sperm count.

OK take it easy now read the post about after coming off cycle it tends to go UP. Yes the doctor can give you things to also help like hcg and Im sure taking the vitamins wont hurt but you should be taking those anyways.

If you aren't currently being pressured by your woman to have a kid, I don't how you could be so concerned about this.

Not really. It only takes 1 to actually penetrate the egg, but it takes a joint effort of thousands or millions of sperm to close off the entrance to the fallopian tube or some shit as I recall.

are you trying to conceive now? if so,

hmg 75ius mon wed fri alternated with HCG on the 3 in between days at 500ius....
75 iu HMG 3x wkly
500iu HCG 3 x wkly

you could also throw in clomid 25mgs ed,

this should definitely work, it should take sperm 60-72 to fully mature while using the above method. but use this when nothing else will work!

if your not trying to conceive send a pm to SWIFTO, because you might just need to run an aggressive pct
