Couldn't have said it better myself. I repeatedly stress the fact that nothing should change while on or off. Give it your all, all the time.

the only thing that will change is your appetite, and how fast you gain size/strength.. some will say you recover slightly faster while on AAS.. so you might be able to do a body part every 5 days instead of every 7 or something along those lines if that is what you are asking.. but there is no diffence in the "exercises" you perform.

Yes I meant since some people say you recover quicker, do u workout muscles more frequently while on cycle, I should have said your routine change, I did not mean intensity

yes, some people do, but not everyone.. it is all personal.. you need to see how you feel.. if you are unable to perform the same work out with the same weights and intensity then you have not recovered fully yet and should add another day to your recovery time..

some people train a body part twice a week because they recover so fast.. most don't, and 90% will ssay that is over training.. but it is all about wha works for you.. nothing is set in stone for everyone.

    Nothing changes. And nothing should.
