    Question Need some advice of what to cycle

    whats up everyone,

    I am 24 years old 6'6'' 297 lbs and BODPOD in at 16% bf. i am new to all this information here on these forums and have been wanting to do a cycle that will cut me up and put on lean mass if that is possible. I have been lifting hard and running hard for about 8 years of my life because of sports. i also have been eating right because of team nutritionists putting eating plans together for me. The thing is that there are so many combinations of steroids out there that i dont know what would be the best fit for me. Any advice Helps. thank you and cant wait to hear from you.

    Note: I only put 4 meals on there to save space, but you obviously need at least 6 meals, no more than 3 hours apart.

    here is the meal plan that i have been on for the last 2 years.

    Breakfast 1: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    3 whole eggs 15g 222g 18g 1g
    3 egg whites 0 51 12 0
    3 pieces of turkey bacon 2 60 9 0
    1 cup of cream of wheat 1 204 6 44
    Total cal- 537


    morning snack: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    2 scoops of whey protein W/ water 1 170 40 2
    2 slices of white bread W/ jam 2 188 4 14
    1 cup pineapple 0 79 1 20
    Total cal- 437

    lunch: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    2 roast beef sandwiches on ww bread 20 614 54 54
    1cup mixed fruit 0 145 1 60
    3 cups of whey protein 0 255 60 2
    Total cal- 1014

    Afternoon snack: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    2 scoops of casein protein 2 240 46 8
    1 cup of oatmeal 2 147 6 25
    Total cal- 387
    Pre workout: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    2 scoops of whey protein w/ water 0 170 40 2

    Total carb- 1,001 (get seconds most the time so it’s a rough estimate)

    Bedtime: Fat Cal Protein Carbs
    11 409 37 17
    1 scoop of casein protein w/ 4 walnuts/ spoon full of peanut butter/ 1% milk
    Total cal- 409

    Totals: (fat 105g, cals 4,347, protein 482g, carbs 464g) ( rough estimate bc i eat more normally at dinner and lunch(half a plate more), there are also different variations of foods that i can put in place of another one each day.

    I can see some things you can do to tweak your diet to help you cut first and get your BF% down lower, then change it up again to add lean muscle mass. I will post up some suggestions in a few moments.

    Impressive so far. You seem to be on top of things and know your diet information. Im sure G4R will steer you in the right direction. Im not a diet expert but Im impressed seeing someone for once who is willing to step up to the plate with providing the asked information and seems to have some knowledge.

    You will get some good advise here with diet as well as what to use when you are ready and more importantly how to use it safely.

    This diet I set up is for cutting BF. Now, I am not saying you should follow my diet suggestions to the T, but it is a start. Also, if you are more comfortable, check out our diet section and start a thread letting them know your goals, and post up your diet and let them critique it for you.

    i just got done bartending and i'm heading to the gym but when i get back i'll look over your diet

    I was hoping you would have a chance to look at this.

    OP, I will be the first to admit I am not a diet expert. Phate can really help you out if you just listen. Good luck.

    your a big guy.. First cycle would always be about 500mg of test for ten weeks.. but it will not cut fat.. if you want to cut your weight down and then bulk up you can take some thermogentics such as clenbuterol .. you can read about it in the steroid profile section.. Personally i would do the 500mg of test and then cut down after that on you off time before doing a second cycle a few months after...
