    water retention over night?

    I am on 300/week TRT all week i drink plenty of water this weekend I did not drink enough water monday morning my face look like pilsbury dough boy can you retain that much in two days? damn i need an AI

    How long have you been on TRT, 300 a week is high. I have head some people have issues with water retention for the first couple months.

    I been on about 6 weeks I realize its a bit high the doc prescribed 300 and I wasnt gonna argue(saving up) anyway I will get an AI started. i dont like being puffy!

    If you are feeling bloated to an uncomfortable point, perhaps add foods into your diet, that are Natural Diuretics.
    Watermelon, cantaloupe, tea, apple cider vinegar, Celery seed, Asparagus, Water cress, Cranberry are all natural diuretics.
    You can try the above and/or possibly lower your dosage, and see if you observe/feel less bloat.. Then play it by ear.

    I would go with an ai like adex or exemestane to help prevent water weight.
