my 5th burst cycle
I've done different burst cycle, my burst cycles history (I've done before this other cycles classic):
1-20 days test e 250mg EOD
1-8 weeks test pro 100mg ED (700mg Week )
1-30 days test pro 100mg ED, 100mgEOD (~1000mg week)
1-10 days Test C 250mg ED
11-20 days Deca 200mg ED (this is REA's cycle)
My next cycle I would to do:
1 day 750mg Test e (front load)
1-4 week 750mg per week (Mon, thu, fri)
Some advice? Marcus???

Short times for such long releasing esters. I am running test E at 1gram and deca at 500 right now, on week 2 and barely see anything yet.

Id stick to short esters... Tren A, NPP, Prop ect ect. Then again, your right to wait for marcus to voice his opinion. The guy knows his stuff, esp on short burst cycles.

now about 180 lbs, I've done 8 cycles (among classic 12week cycle, REA cycle and burst cycle), including the cycle above.
why do you don't thrill my new cycle?
In only test burst cycle I've got always about 11 lbs ... with one only side: acne on back.
and yes, with burst cycle I'll do the prime before of the cycle.

I tired, look above my old cycle, but I've got more with long ester than short ester. Maybe, or better, sure it've been a little bit of water retention, but with its I've had a lot of power in gym.
In add, the mg per week with long ester was less than short ester for to obtain tha same lbs.
Why you tell that front load so don't help.
a example for amount burst cycle (I found in web) with long ester of test was:
1 day 800mg test c;
2 day 400mg test c;
E4D (every 4 days) 400mg test c;
all this for 4-6 weeks (obviously also this person adviced short ester, but with long ester this was a good method).

I know, I know, my weight is little (78-80Kg) ... but I do 1 or max 2 cycle every year and after on cycle and 3/4 months off cycle I have always done low-calories, both not weight to grow heavy my intern organ and for my job (I can't to eat every 2 houres many amount of food when I work).
I'm 1.79 metre, about 5.87 feet
So I come back to homeostasis. But after this period I come back to weigh much more, and only when I've my good form I start new cycle.

So let me get this right, your prime your body for a burst cycle then restrict your calories after the burst because you dont want to get big. I really think you need to reconsider your approach to suit your goals, it sounds like your going 2 steps forward and then taking 3 back.
