500mg/wk is a good beginner dose.
you can see how you react, sides, and still make good gains.
studies show at leat 300mg/wk is needed for gaining muscle,
but don't have to worry about that for a few years.
i know people that have had great success with 300-400 range but that was also stacked with something or multiple things. goodluck
I ran about 400 my first time, lots of gains... IVe seen a first cycle of 300/wk Test E alone and it put some good size on the user. It will be determined by how your body takes to it, your diet, training and rest.
I don't see any point in going under 500mg. Might as well get the most out of your cycle. If you run a low dose, all you are doing is testing what sides you get. 400mg will yield good gains but might as well use the 500mg to be safe
I see no difference between 400mg and 500mg of Enanthate.
It's a 72mg free equivalent difference of actual test. You will hardly notice a difference between the two. 400mg and 600mg would make more sense.
