armidex dosages

i am going to do a test e and eq cycle. the test will be at 500mg/week and eq 600mg/week. i want to run some armidex this time around. i have been reading to take it every other day and every day. which do you think is best? ED or EOD? and how much per dose. is .5mg enough or should i go more or less? thanks.

Start at .5 mg ED and adjust as needed.

I have heard that you can even get away with .25mg ed to begin with, I have never taken it so I dont speak from experiance.
