Change. Try changing reps, sets, exercises, something.

You want to get a massive pump, go to failure, then take like 5 breaths and go to failure again on an exercise. Ok now use that number and thats your magic number to hit on the subsequent sets for this exercise. By the last set you will be dying. You can pause but no more than 3 - 5 breaths. Oh and theres no quitting

What does your cycle look like?

Could be many variables. Sleep, certain compounds, nutrition, dehydrated, training methods, training duration/OT, supplement intake, ect.

Could be the Dbol giving you lethargy. Kind of unlikely at that dose but it's possible.

Anybody else think that 2-3 hours is a bit excessive?

yup.. train until failure.. that will always give you a pump.. i go to failure the last set of every work out.. anything less would just be practicing..
