Hi, never done AS before. Im trying to put together my first cycle. Anyone have any advice on my cycle thus far? Also Id like to know if anyone can give some help on how to incorperate HCG into this cycle.

Bro, I wouldn't say you really need HCG this cycle. Save it for something a little harder down the road. As for this cycle, I think you may be running the Winny too long, especially if you run it alongside the clomid (don't do this). If I were you, stop the winny after week 10. Start your clomid the day after the last winny tab (week 11). Also, I prefer to run clomid 300mg the first day, 100mg the next 10 days, 50mg the last 10 days.

Just some suggestions, looks good though bro. You should get nice and big with that. Just remember to EAT, EAT, EAT... and when you can't eat any more, slam down a couple shakes just for good measure!!! LOL

All i would add is up the -bol to 40/day and go for 5 weeks. I'd replace sust with test enth. too.
if this is your first cycle... just wait. You'll love the 'bol.
And you are d-bolman.....

Andif you can afford it -I'd say up the winny to 50/day.

It seems a good cycle, only that I preffer using only one ester (enth or Cyp) Test instead of four (sust) as Lush said, besides it, the sust is more expensive.

i like the changes you made. looks good with the winny at 50 and the dbols at 40. i would just stick with the sus if this is your first cycle. once you become a little more expirienced, you could use the cyp or enath.
