Var is very mild. Any changes in LDL/HDL should return to normal after you stop the var

8-10 weeks is good.

No offense, but if you don't want noticeable size gains, why take steroids? That's what they are designed to do....put on weight.

was looking into the fact that on it's profile it says what gains you get you can easily keep! and the strength is now my goal

If you aren't looking to get bigger why consider steroids? If you want to increase strength without adding bulk. If you have to stay in a weight class as a fighter, wrestler, etc. then that is your goal. With a name like Thai-boxed it seems pretty obvious.

I would recommend an 8 week max cycle, especially for a first cycle. I'd say start with 50mg/day. If you like the results you could easily step up as high as 80-100, but any more than that there will be no gains and it is a waste. You should run liver support the whole time (Liv52, milk thistle, etc.). Do three weeks PCT beginning immediately after you stop taking the Anavar. Use Clomid at 50mg/day, or you could use Nolva at 20mg/day.

Anavar is easy on natural test production, so PCT is easier than with test. No DHT side effects or estro side effects to worry about as it does not aromatize at any dosage. You will get a bump in progesterone, which will actually help your tendons, ligaments, and joints. You might get low libido, but that can be easily controlled with Tribulus and/or Avena Sativa. I've never heard of ED from Anavar, just low sex drive. Some report not being hungry the first week or two, some report diarrhea. Typically this resolves in the first two weeks if it occurs at all. You should plan to drink at least a gallon of water a day to prevent cramps. You will get a skewed HDL/LDL level, but it will return to normal after your cycle stops.

All in all the sides of Anavar are some of the fewest and easiest to deal with of any steroid. The strength gains can be considerable, the fat loss good, and 5-15lbs. of muscle gain is not unheard of.

It is variable. You should do some bloodwork after the cycle.

I found out that Anavar was not just the lightest steroid for me. Visible sides are zero, but invisible sides at higher doses (50-75 mg/day) are marked. My testosterone is virtually 100% suppressed and my cholesterol is completely f*cked up. Hence I limit the cycle length to 6 weeks maximally. Fortunately, although liver enzymes are elevated as well, they stay within the normal range.
