Letro taper process.

I am getting so many mixed results on this.

I have liquid letro, so it will be easy to get smaller dosages with a 1cc syringe. I was thinking I would do something like this.. (Day 1 is the first day of "taper down process". I have been running it @ 2.5mg for weeks to get rid of my gyno lump)

Day 1-3: 1.25mg Letro (0.5cc)
Day 4-6: 0.625mg Letro (0.25cc)
Day 7-9: 0.25mg Letro (0.1cc)

1. Would nine days be enough of a taper down?
2. Some people say use Nolva @ 10-20mg ED for two weeks after discontinuing the Letro?
3. Would running arimidex after the letro for a week or so help avoid estrogen rebound too?

Taper down in the same fashion you tapered up bro. Yes run an Anti-E to combat ER once the Letro protocol has ended.

I didn't taper up.

Perhaps I should have. But I was told, by someone on this forum I think, to jump right into 2.5mg ED. So I did. I didn't want the lump getting any worse.

This is what someone just told me to do..

Day 1: 2.0mg (8cc) Letro
Day 2: 1.50mg (6cc) Letro
Day 3: 1mg (4cc) Letro
Day 4: .5mg (2cc) Letro
Day 5: .25mg (1cc) Letro, 20mg Nolva
Days 6-11: 20mg Nolva
Days 12-18: 10mg Nolva

That would only be five days for a taper. Would that be long enough?

They are saying to use Nolva 2 weeks following the letro. Would a SERM alone be enough to avoid the rebound or should I use an AI (adex) too?

Not the way to go bro, always taper up with this stuff. It's very harsh.

So how long should I taper down on the letro? Would 5 days work? 9? More?

How long with an "anti-E" after the letro? 2 weeks?

Begin the Anti-E the last day of your Letro.

Would you recommend adex or nolva?

Doesn't matter. Do Nolva.

Okay. Yeah, someone just PMd me so I edited my post right as you submitted your response I guess, lol.

I will run Nolva 2 weeks after the Letro.

I may taper down a little slower though. 5 days just seems quick. Might try 9-10.
