accutane..before, during, after cycle?

Next week ill be starting PCT from my last cycle and was wondering whats the best time to take accutane? during cycle, pct or while off everything?

My doctor prescribed me accutane today and a) im not sure if i want to take it and b) i want to start another cycle in about 3-4 months and don't know how accutane would effect me on cycle...

Is your acne severe? I'd advise taking it if absolutely necessary. It's highly liver toxic, so taking it on a cycle that would include an oral would tax the hell out of your liver. Proper liver supplementation is strongly advised if so.

my acne is not too severe but over the past 10 years i've tried everything, to no avail. My chest and back are the worse, face is not too bad, mainly blackheads..but nothing fvckin works lol

Does your Acne get progressively worse during cycles? If so, I would save it for your next cycle. Or, you can use it when your PCT is through to clear up a bit, then have your doctor prescribe you more when the next cycle hits.

If you want to run Accutane right, run it like you would if you were prescribed it. Like when I was prescribed it about 8 years ago by my dermatologist I ran it at 40mg/ED for 5 months and then I was done and NEVER had acne problems ever again! Only time I get acne now is when I come off a roid but even then its barely anything, I never get acne on cycle ever.

yeah, my back gets pretty bad during cycle. I guess i'll just fill the rx and hold on to it for my next cycle, unless it gets bad during pct. thanks HP

Well if i start now it will run during PCT, off time and into my next cycle. The doctor does want me to run it for 5 months

Yes, you can take it on cycle with or without orals, just supplement yourself accordingly with a liver protectant.
