hello all i`m trying to lose fat and have lost 23lb in the last 8 weeks by having 6 meals a day made up of almost no carbs, protein and healthy fats and under 1600 cals a day, and am now losing 1-2lb a week.
I`m now 218lb 5`11 and 32 years old.
I do a split routine 3 days a week with 30 mins cardio after each session and 2 30min hiit sessions in the mornings of none weights days.
I`ve never taken any other supplement on a regular basis apart from reflex whey protein.
I want to speed my progress up and as most of the guys in the gym i use are on something including my training partner, i thought i`d ask what you guys would suggest me to use.
I`ve heard about testostorone being good for helping lose the fat and add good gains but as you can tell i`m no expert and need advice.
Could anybody suggest where i should start as in the best thing for a first timer.
