    Help! New in CLEN

    hi everyone! im new in taking clen. my body now is pretty much conditioned. i just want to get harder, leaner, dry, and tighter.

    my questions are:
    - will clen eat out my muscles?
    - will it help me to get more harder, leaner, dry and tighter in 3 weeks time?

    Depends on many variables.

    About 98% of your posts are questions regarding fat loss supplementation and or fat loss anabolic compounds.

    Since no one has previously asked this, what are your stats and how does that diet look?

    my diet is perfect. i just want to get rid of that excess and get harder, leaner and tighter in 3 weeks beacause i will at the beach. =) answering my 2 questions will reall help.

    I did answer them. Answering my questions would be helpful too. But you don't have to if you think your diet is perfect. In fact, if your diet was perfect, Clen probably wouldn't be needed.

    So how is your protocol going to look?

    does clen has mild anabolic effect? when should i take it? i mean should i take it before meal or with meal? if before meal, how many minutes before i can eat aftr taking it?

    I'd suggest taking clen in the morning after breakfast. I've read that clen has anabolic effects on animals but not that significant effects on humans. It will keep you anti catabolic though.

    Be sure to dose properly and to lower the dosage if your sides become too great. Also, its a good idea to supplement it with taurine, the clen will make you really sore.

    definitely take it in the morning, you don't want clen to keep you up at night. You may also want to supplement keto.
