I've never gotten sweats from sust, "don't feel right" is far to general to speculate on.
is this your first cycle?
Yes this is his first cycle according to all the other threads he's made recently.
OP: I feel you aren't cycle ready bro. You've been asking us to set your macro goals up for you for your first cycle. I suggest you re-think what your doing here. You already sound uneasy after 1 pin, and your nutrition seems to be lacking.
i have my diet is good i just thought i had to up my pro carbs fat while on my cycle i feel ok now i think it was neves and first time injecting that all
i am 190 pound i am taking 220 protien at the monment and 200 carbs and 80 fat yous guy pick me up all wrong i just thought that will on a cycle i would have to get a lot more in that all
That is no where near enough. That is a combined 2400 cals. If I only had 2400 cals a day even off cycle I would starve! You better figure out how to diet properly or your wasting your time.Quote:
