    Question Vitamin C and PCT?

Someone I know has just started his PCT, and told me that he dropped his workouts to 45 minutes 3 times a week, but told me that along with nolva clomid he's taking 2grams of oral vitamin C a day to keep his cortisol levels in check. Is there any truth to this? And 2G of vit C could this have any adverse affects?

The study that showed it to effectively lower exercise-induced cortisol levels used 1 gram pre-workout and 2 grams post-workout.
