hey all, looking for input on how YOU would run this...
I've got
10ml of t400
20ml of EQ (300mg/ml)
Nolva for pct.
Any personal thoughts on cutting the t400 shots down by mixing it with EQ in the same syringe?

age?
as stated, post your age, bodyfat and probably a good idea to include what your first cycle looked like
age: 20
bodyfat: 9%
relatively lean/muscular 180lbs, usually sit between 183-190. currently started a new diet and has taken a few pounds off, mostly water weight and shock due to leveling out my insulin levels i assume.
Ive been working out for 6 years.. only 3 of which one could consider relevent training. My workout currently looks like this:
Monday -
Heavy BS: choose 3x5 or 5x3
"Fran" *TIMED*
(3 Rounds
21 - 15 - 9
Thrusters - 95lbs
Pull ups)
Gymnastic/Skill15 min (usually "skill specific" heavy bag training)
Tuesday - off
Wednesday -
Heavy DL: choose 3x3 or 1x15-20
"Helen" *TIMED*
(3 Rounds
Run 400m
12 pull ups
12 KB swings 54lbs)
Gymnastic/Skill15 min (usually skill specific heavy bag training)
Thursday - off
Friday -
Heavy FS: choose 3x5 or 3x3
"Nate" *Max Rounds/20 min**
(2 Muscle ups
3 Ring HSPU
8 KB swings)
Gymnastic/Skill 15 (usually skill specific heavy bag training)
Saturday - off
Sunday -
Heavy Horiz/Vertical Push
"JT"
(3 Rounds
21 - 15 - 9
Ring HSPU
Ring Dips
Ring Pushups)
Gymnastic/Skill 15 (usually skill specific heavy bag training)
My first cycle was cut short due to an injury it was about 4 weeks of sus250. My last cylce was T400 for 10 weeks with 50mg dbol eod
Read the stickies at the top of the page. Things to consider before using AAS. At your age it would be irresponsible for anyone to advise you to do anything other than put your gear in your medicine cabinet for about 5 years. And work on natural gains through diet and training. Also in your routine where are things like ummm.... lets say Squats? Deadlifts? Bench Press? Movements that help build mass
Read the stickies, thought they were full of great information yet did not answer in specific detail my question. Probably a good reason why there are so many "perfect my cycle" questions - what makes mine any less valid?read the stickies at the top of the page. Things to consider before using AAS
I hardly know where to begin with this.. Ill simply say that it shouldn't take a doctrine in human physiology to know that you should squat, dead lift and bench press in any routine where in you are looking to acquire solid and functional strength gains. Also in your routine where are things like ummm.... lets say Squats? Deadlifts? Bench Press?
OK? We're talking about AAS here I think we've all come to terms with that side effect. In all serious though these lifts promote STRENGTH gains, mass is a great perk for your hard work but not my priority in training IMHO.Movements that help build mass
Listen I'm just looking for some advice on how you would run this cycle to see how it compares to what I have in mind already. Believe me, despite your compelling argument "scotty51312" I've committed mentally and financially to this cycle and therfore it will be done. If anyone has time to offer their advice I would greatly appreciate it
For starters, you're too young to even consider steroids.
Trust me, you putting yourself at risk for problems later on in life.
I understand Scotty's point above. You're training is a bit non-traditional, which is fine: but from your training, it doesn't seem that you're really interested in body building.
If that's the case, then you don't need steroids.
How tall are you?
Specific fitness goals?
Just under 6'
My goals are simply to improve my Lifts (weight) and my Intensity Workouts (times/rounds) each day and each week linearly. And to be at least competent in each of these aspects of athleticism - with a bias towards strength as i prefer to lift heavy
(no particular order)
1. Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Agility
9. Balance
10. Accuracy
I realize that by not following a traditional BB style routine, and favouring more volume oriented programs im not going to see the kind of results MASS wise as some of you might.. thats fine. My goals are to get stronger, faster, better and if im not mistaken steroids can and will help me accomplish those goals.
So thank you for the reply honestly, but with respect can we please get back to the original question and stop discussing my routine.. im happy with it and its been working for me in every way.

Looks like you wont listen to the experts when they tell you that you are putting yourself at great risk of hurting your body... sooo
drop the EQ, giant waste of time and money and you dont have enough to run "properly" as it takes high doses for long durations.
t400 with only 10mL's will only get you 10 weeks @ 400/wk which is beginner dose...
any questions now?
