Got a bottle the other day...the guy i bought it from said take 1/2 an ml twice a day...i've always read that the pills you should split up every 4-6 hours...should i do the same with the liquid

Yes, split it AM/PM.

i know i have to split it....just want to know if i should take .25 four times per day of 1/2 twice a day like the guy suggested to me

thanks...starting a winnie/test enth. stack....700mg's test and 50mg's winnie...then thinking of ending it with test/anavar....does that sound ok or should i do the anavar first then end it with the winnie?

I would start with the var cause you can see good strength gains within a couple weeks and end your cycle with a little bit of a cut with the winny.
