    Did i go too far?

I have very built delts but i unfortunately made the mistake of using a 1 `1/2 inch needle for the injection.. delt is swollen up now.. nothing anyone else can notice.. but if i feel it it is def swollen... this normal?

I doubt that it has much to do with needle size.

What did you inject? What Gauge did you use and how much did you inject? so far, what you're describing sounds relatively normal to me

    20G... you're crazy

Is it just a lump under the skin or is it read and warm/hot to touch?

Is this the first time you've injected delts? New sites are always sensitive the first few times. My delts felt the same way for two days after the first injections. Using a 20g probably intensifies this aswell.

You're probably fine... just watch it for the next few days, to see if it gets red or warm.

You should be fine then. It sounds like normal injection pain. I've never used it but from what I hear the shorter esters like prop cause more pain after injection.

I remember the first time I injected my glutes. I had a 10 hour car ride the day after and it hurt like hell to sit lol.

I'm running prop right now but my gear is scary smooth compared to what I hear from others. Like I said, you'll be fine.... just keep an eye on it.

i was told to use a shorter needle on delts.. is there a reason for this? besides maybe coming to close to the bone? if that does happen.. what are the negative effects?

I am not sure, nor am I able to answer that. All I can say is I use 25G 1 inch for all injects. I do Quads, Delts, Pecs and Triceps.

I've heard you can cut it with more oil in order to make it smoother but I don't know a whole lot about that. May be worth some research for you tho.
