This is my third cycle, so if anyone sees something I need to change please let me know.
My Stats:
39 years old
5'10"
215lbs.
12% BF
My (intended) cycle:
500mgs Test E, or Cyp. for 12 weeks
400mgs Deca for 11 weeks
250iu's HCG twice a week 14 weeks
week 15 start Clomid and Nolva weeks 15, 16, and 17
I may add 4 weeks of Dbol to jump start cycle.
I would drop the deca off at week ten.

WOW!!!! 60 views, and only two people would offer advice.
I would use .25mg ed while on cycle for arimidex.. I've taken some deca cycles before. I love them great gains and strength!
Just a heads up MC. I advise you have Caber or Prami on hand should any prolactin induced gyno occur from the Deca. Ldex doesnt help combat this and/or if it does then its not even close to having a significant effect. Ldex should still be ran for the Test if your gyno prone and to help control Estro. .25 ED or EOD is common.
not trying to hi-jack but i'm in the same situation MC is in.. so how about the HCG? is it needed?
