    Looking for Prohormone Advice

first post, have read through the site for awhile now, tons of info. thanks. sorry for the long post, but the more info the better.

    quick bio:

    age:21
    male
starting weight 2 years ago 145ish
    current weight - 175lbs @ 12%bf
2 years solid training, plus off/on poor training during high school.
    5'11"
    maintenance calories about 2400
    lean bulking intake 3000
naturally skinny, but w/ broad shoulders.

GOALS-increase lean body mass, with minimal fat gain.

    past/current supplement history:

    creatine:good results
protien powders:just used to help diet
    fish oil:cant hurt

    liquid abult from ar-r 6 weeks 1ml(6mg) 4x daily ( increased 4lbs while dropping body fat )

    anyways,

im researching the pros/cons to a prohormone cycle such as h-drol @ 50/75/75/75/75/75 maybe 100 for the last two weeks if body feels right.

will be using a otc competitive edge cycle assist
but would rather use a ar-r pct and/or liver support.

just looking for any good pointers/advice/sites to read/ and experience.

    thanks

Ph's can be just as bad and sometimes worse than using aas. At your age you need to just stick with the right foods and hard work. Creatine isn't bad for you so keep that going.

I have used PHs. The results were decent. PCT is impaitive!!! also as mentioned liver support is a must. In my opinion these are significantly worse than AAS.

At 5'11/175lbs, your goals can be achieved without the use of designer steroids .

Do not waste your money on prohormones go natural until reach your full potential and then research and think about aas. Prohormones are crap

Stay away from any steroidal compounds until you are 24 or 25 you have lots of time to grow and your hormones are at there peak right now. No sense in shutting them down and or risking permanent damage to you HPTA. Head over to the diet section and talk to the folks over there. There is nothing in this world as anabolic as food. Once you have that piece dialed in you will make gains like you could never believe!

i agree that liver support is a must with prohormones. a good liver protector is liv.52.
