    Planning ahead spring cutting cycle.

    31m
    6'
    220lbs
    14-16%bf
    week 8 of 10 1st cycle 500mg test 400mg eq

    Ok I know its really early to consider this but if I'm going to do it i wanna get all the input i can before i decide. My first cycle has been a bulking cycle. I've added lean mass and probably some fat too. I'm about to start a cutting diet so my intake is going to drop from 4.5kcal a day to about 2.8kcal I'm not planning on cycling again till March 1st. Goal in the mean time is to get down to the 12-13%bodyfat range. With just cardio and diet so now to my point i plan on running this as a cutting cycle and here are my thoughts so far
    week 1-12 test e 450mg (225 pin 2x/week)
    week 1-8 Anavar 50mg ED
    week 6-14 T-3 still considering and reaserching the doasage
    week 14-18 Nolva 40/30/20/20
    week 14-18 Clomid100/50/50/50

    I know some people with probably bring up clen , I'm very sensitive to amphetamines and even ephedrine makes my heart race. I'm probably gonna take an OTC thermogenic stack like Animal cuts. Any critiques and advice would be much appreciated. Also i'm going to take milk thistle for liver support and not sure about for thyroid support durring PCT

    Cycle looks fine, keep an AI on hand. Personally wouldn't mess with t3. It only compliments your existing diet/cardio/training as an added benefit. But if you must, I'd recommend the ramp up/ramp down method starting at 25mcgs and not to exceed 100mcgs. I believe 100 is a good spot for anyone.

    Thanks for the dosing advice on the T3. I was looking at t-3 or winstrol for the end of the cycle but i keep reading how hard winny can be on your joints and i'd rather not risk the injury, than and not sure i could get down to a bf level that it would be worth it.
