    Unhappy 40 y.o. male 1st cycle help

Hi, Let me first say that I apologize if I haven't followed protocol, but I have read and read and can't find exactly what I'm looking for and I think my situation is slightly different than most I've read about.

    To the point:
I'm fixing to be 40, starting to get flabby, not feeling very manly, suffering from the mid life blues I guess. I get disgusted when I look at myself in the mirror. I have thoroughly confused myself on what I need/want/don't want.

I won't to feel more manly with slight muscle gain/definition with minimal side effects/liver damage/acne/hair loss/etc. I'm prone to acne/hairloss anyways and I don't need to deal more with this if possible.

I know there are good/bad in about everything I've read about, but I want a simple cycle that will not give me tits, acne, limp pecker, libido problems, etc.

Currently I don't work out except for pushups in the morning, but I will have access to a nice gym coming up in a couple of weeks.

Also, I am a family man with a fairly public job so I don't want to get myself caught. I have looked at two sources that seem legit, one sells *******. I know you can't mention sources on here, but I guess I will just take a chance on what I think is legit based on lots of research.
Any recommendations based on my profile would be most appreciated.

    40 yo male
    192 lbs
    5'-9"
work out rarely, looking to start (with aas help?)
    bicycle/walk 2-3 times/week

If I were you, I'd go get bloodwork and see where you're at.

While you doing that, you should start working out for at least a year or two before you even consider AAS.

Without a foundation of a couple years of training you will only hurt yourself on AAS. To put it simple your muscles will grow in strength faster than your tendons and cartilage can handle and you'll end up in the ER with a pulled ACL, torn bicept tendon or something along those lines. You can still build muscle naturally up into your 50's If anything see your doctor and get tested for low T and if you qualify TRT (testosterone Replacement therapy) may be great for you. But first get yourself in the gym. Read up on diet so you can eat to grow. AAS isn't going to help you work out or give you the drive or desire to get in shape. You have to come up with that on your own.

i would do like others say,get tested for low t, it sounds like you can meet your goals by simply starting a training program along with a meal plan and put in some time and dedication.

Thanks for the advice men. I guess I was wishing for a magic bullet and being lazy. Thought I might jumpstart the process by a simple (if there is such a thing) test supplement. Let's get my fat ass back in the weight room and see how it goes. I've just been on a weight loss kick and trying to look a little more presentable (to whom, I haven't a clue), there's probably some fat whore out there who might want to glance at me..haha. I was strong as an ox back in my teens and early twenties (benching 320 and squatting about the same) when i weighed 150 pounds. Again, I appreciate your input and I'll see if I can dedicate some time to working out. Take care.

You could add tribulis, argine and fenugreek to raise test naurally.Up your protein and take aminos and a GOOD vitamin. Not centrums or one a days either.Work out 2 or 3 days a week at first and your dormant fibers will come back to life and strenth will come back.A cycle is not the answer at least for now.Good luck.

as stated, go get blood tests done and see where your t levels are at. you do need to build a foundation b4 using 'serious' aas cycles. but if you qualify for trt, it certainly will give you a good boost
