Lately I've been seeing a bunch of threads like:
"I'm on week 10 of a 12 week cycle...what should my pct look like? Can someone lay it out with doses and duration?"
For guys who are not on TRT, this is one of the most important aspects of cycling,
so why you would wait until you cycle is almost over to figure it out (and order it!) is beyond me.
And what if you need to cut your cycle short because of injury or illness? And you can't get your PCT meds shipped to you right away?
Before starting a cycle, you should check and double check that you have everything you need: gear, pins, ancillaries (AI's, etc), and PCT meds.
If you are totally clueless about PCT, read the stickies. You can start here:

^It can't get any simpler than that. If you're still unsure, post any questions that remain.
While you're at it, take some time to read threads by the old geezers here, like Marcus, on how to keep gains:

PCT is more than just taking some clomid/nolva and going on with life like normal.
This should really go without saying, but apparently it's not.
/Rant.
