ok, so im using some really good dnp right now...so far i have found out that when dosing up i cant take anymore then 200 ever 5 hours, otherwise i get messed up with headaches and stomach aches... the heat doesnt really bother me...it does bother to be in my car more then 15 min at a time though since my shirt is soaked when i get out. so i have to wear an spare shirt when driving..or none at all. im up to 600 mg a day right now... at first when i used it at 400 gras ma day it took me a bit to figure out timing the dosing,the only real thing that sucked is i would wake up every couple hours (or less) and my throat would feel parched. i have to keep a big water supply by my bed. i just started to take my pyruvate today, im gonna be hitting 3 grams a day starting, ill work my way up to 10... i normally lose weight on low carb by fasting all day, then eat my calories at night... that works really good WHEN IM NOT USING DNP. i really have had to adjust my diet as you have to eat a decent carb meal (at least 400 calories when taking each dosage, or else you will feel like youre going to die). i also feel alot better eating more towards higher carbs and more calories on dnp, i dont know if im losing any weight as the scale stays at 203 for the last week or so...dont really know if i have water weight or not.. i dont have any edema looking appearance so ??? i can tell you that from my opinion your body does seem to adapt greatly to dnp,(regardless of what people tell you, so if its your first time using it may be the only time it stays effective) after 3 days on 400mg i could hardly feel it..the when i dosed up to 600, i felt it a little more for a day.then nothing the following day..i have heat symptoms but nothing as major as when i first consumed it. the biggest thing that i have noticed is that by using t3 this time around at base dosage, i dont feel any fatigue that i felt the first time i cycled dnp, i had to quit the first time through due to getting a feeling of a flu type sickness , i only ran it 7 days at that time... i was alternating eca and clen, but those were pushing on my heart a bit too much with the t3 ( when you normally use somtn like clen or eca it will suppress the t3 momentarily to keep your heart and metabolism a bit more stable, so when you use them together it will get you)
overall im feeling im getting some decent effect from it... i have been hitting the gym pretty hard about 4 or 5 times a week with high volume, i have built up some good cardio with being on dnp at about 30min high intensity...im gonna deplete my carbs for 3 days after i stop dnp then carb up on the 4 or 5th day to see what kind of condition ill be in... also i run vit.c, vit e, milk thistle , bilberry, calcium, and daily vitamin. thats my report so far.
