Quick fire qustion really,

If you had the choice of EITHER nolvadex or clomid for PCT which ONE would be most effective in restoring HPTA function back the quickest and most effective?
I am asking this as my $$ are kind of tight and I have to chose between the two.
I will bne using them 10-14 days after my last sus shot,
