i want to gain about 10 pounds with the cycle ....this would be my 5th cycle ..i usually run andropen or sustanon with dbol or winstrol ...i chose npp due to the fact that i am removing dbol out of my cycles now....pct not a problem running nolva, torem and hcg

Since this will be your first run with a 19nor, go with 100mg EOD of NPP and dose the Test the same or higher if you wish. Keep the necessary drugs on hand to combat any prolactin or erse's.

You going to start this soon or what? @ 188lbs you could do more damage to your height naturally.
