    Clen and muscle cramps?

I keep getting cramps in my muscles lately since taking clen , and it causes me to stop training, and the pain lasts a few hours after.

    Is this normal?

    Yes, that's normal.

You should be supplementing with taurine to avoid this.

Yes Taurine can be purchased OTC. Look into magnesium/calcium/and potassium as well.

As a past user of Clen .. all of this is very good advice... taurine will help with the cramps.. no doubt about it.

My big problem was muscle fatigue with Clen... i could go a couple days out of the gym and feel like I had beat up in the gym every day... very sore and tired muscles... never found a solution for that.

Taurine doesn't refract light so there isn't a D and L, it should just be Taurine, probably crystaline taurine. I perfer to get bulk crystaline taurine instead of pills as about 5g daily is the recommended dose for taurine.
