New to the site and just trying to take it all in. It took me two hours to find out what PCT was. I thought I could find it in the Abr. section but it wasn't there.. Anyway I'm 41 / 216lb 5'11 trying to figure out how to start. I just did the p90x. So I work out now maybe two or three times a week.I have read a lot of usefull info so far. Not to keen on injections and was thinking of first doing orals. Any suggestons? Looking for some bulk but not to big.
