30+?
hey bros,
just saw a preview for the new will smith flick"ALI", and it looks like hes put on some serious weight for this one, hes thick(very) but not much in the cutting dept. just wondered if anyone else saw this and what you all thought. definitely "ON" imho.

Yes he looks MUCH bigger. I guess he worked with a trainer for over a year...maybe he "hooked him up" with some special "vitamins"...
"Here Big Willy Style, take these...they're Vitamin C pills."
"I've never seen pink pentagon shaped Vitamin C"
"Shut up and start poppin em Jiggy man"

hell yea bro, i've been waiting all year for this movie to come out.
big Will worked out with a trainer for a year to get where he is. he's weighing in at 215lbs. just a little lighter than ali was.
he definately took a little something to get him up to that weight. he was a bean pole.

makes you wonder what he did(what kind of stack) to gain that much weight in a year and keep it on.
bk, you know how much he weighed before he started the training?

BB79...he also spent 2-3 hours in a make up chair daily so that's another factor that makes him look differen't. I saw big willy style on the Grammys, or American Music Awards (can't remember which) in early Sept. and he was still quite big. If I had to guess I would say he was about 205-210 (he stands 6'2"- 6'3"). He was wearing a long sleeved, tight white shirt. With the added mass he should get back into the money making action flicks he's so good at.

thats an excellent point and i figured they made him up quite a bit for facial purposes, but the mass was quite pronounced. something you couldnt NOT notice. it really took me by surprise.
i also agree on the action flicks-enemy of the state was a great movie.

Ed Norton is my favorite actor....man 'o' man he bulked up for his role in "American History X"...I assume that's what you were refering to L.J.? He should have kept that size for his roll in fight club.

american history x was a wicked movie, and my wife wont watch it to this day.
ed norton is a great actor who also has run up against the needle from to time to time. id like to know what kind of stacks they put together for themselves and what kind of ther
apy they do when they come off. you guys think they do the same as us? or special stuff? a few bros have mentioned custom stacks probably designed just for them.

I don't know what kind of stack, but with his money he could score a shit load of GH.

I'm not even close to being an expert, but I would assume EN probably did a mild cutting cycle (maybe EQ/winny) because he was still quite lean and probabaly only 20-30lbs heavier. If he was a first timer and his diet and training were dialed it's concievable that he could make those kinds of gains...BTW I read in an old issue of MM, that he achieved that transformation in 8-10 weeks. Arnold asked him if he used anything and he said "No, just diet, training and creatine). Hmmmm....has anybody here used that same line

Ed N was biggest in the scene where he gets arrested. I didn't think he looked all that impressive with her shirt off in the basketball scene. I don't know how long it took to film that movie, but my guess is it was his first cycle and got away from it, denying any use to keep the tabloids off his ass.
