New guy.. asks opinions..
Hi everyone..
New user, so hello.
Opinions please..
50ml Tren daily
40mg d-bol (10mg pill taken @ 9.30am, 12.30pm, 5.30pm & 10.30pm
this for 8 weeks, introducing cyp for weeks 4 through to 8

i have a feeling someone is gonna ask something like this?
age?
stats?
how many cycles?
what dose of test?
hows your diet?
hows your body fat?
why waiting so long to add test?
i dunno, i don't post alot because I READ the forums for my answers and maybe you can give it a try.

Ok yeah.. poor first post,tbh.
Im 37, 90kgs, 5.10" Carrying a heavy 12% body fat.
Training for 5 years (not seriously, the kinda guy that joins gym and attends twice a month )
Last 6 months been serious training. Started at 105kgs in February 2010.
Diet:
Monday-Saturday
9.30 - Protein Shake
11.30 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
13.30 - Protein Shake
15.30 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
17.50 - Protein Shake
18.15 - Workout (Monday-Friday Only)
19.00 - Protein + Carbs (50g+ Protien, 50g+ Carbs, but less than 400kcals)
22.00 - Proten Shake
Sunday
Day Off - 2000-3000kcals
Workout
Monday - Chest & Triceps (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Tuesday - Back & Biceps (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Wednesday - Abs & Legs (12-16 sets each, and heavy)
Thursday - Shoulders (12-16 sets, and heavy)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday rest
Cardio (Push Bike to & from gym 30mins)
I made really good gains in 6 months, lost alot weight improved muscle mass..
But am i on the right track, and just need time, or am i failing myself..??

Ah.. Yes..
About 5 weeks ago i finished a cycle of just Tren
50ml per day for 12 weeks

I would get some pct going yesterday and like I said welcome to the site and just research and read read read. Lots of great info on here bro. also go and slap the guy that gave you the info on anabolics

ok, so in drugs cabinet.. i have about 130x10mgs d-bol, 1.5 phials of tren , and 1 phial of cyp.. where/what should i take/buy??

Depending on how much you love/hate your body and future, you should probably take the next 6 hours and read as much as you can on this site. Go through all the topics and at least hit the threads that read IMPORTANT.
Its all here. Might be best to pick up some PCT and just take a break from the cycle.
