    my 1st cycle

    ive been thinking of starting a cycle for a while now ive done weeks and weeks of research as im a cautious guy, so far ive come up with 200-400mg of Deca -Durabolin once per week and about 15-25mg of Dianabol each day for about 6-8 weeks, just wondering how this sounds and have any of you experienced guys got any advice or point out some good threads to read on here?

    Stats are a must and if you have done weeks and weeks of research as you say you have, you would know to A. Not run Deca alone and B. Not to run Deca in a first cycle.

    By your other post, it sounds like you need to address your diet first.

    Go research the recomended minimum length to run deca and come back... also while your there look up decadick... and then look up a recomended first cycle being only one compound, i will give you a hint you havnt listed the compound.

    wieght 138lb
    height 5 7
    bf 6%
    pct nolvadex + clomid (dosage not looked at yet) also HGC?
    diet avg: 5100cal 300g protein 400g carbs 110g fats

    there is alot of contradictory info out there hence not just jumping on a cycle

    have you seen the educational threads like the bigginer cycle thread....its a must read bro.....youll learn more in 10 mins then youve learned in weeks and weeks of reasurch....good luck....

    Your macros are almost identical to mine an I'm 100lbs heavier then you. I highly doubt those numbers are correct. If so, you'd be gaining a lot of fat.

    I think you are full of it... But I will humour you anyway... if you are eating 5100cals a day and not gaining then eat 6000cals a day if you dont gain anything in a wk up it to 6500cals... then 7000 then 7500 etc... Simple and effective.

    I heard of a pro bb that had a fast metabolism and was eating just under 10,000 cals a day!

    i will post my full diet and pic in morning got work in an hour, my diet was done by my doctor due to inability to gain weight and fast metabolism (i use to be on tablets to try slow my metabolism down) in 12months ive put just under 30lb but the rate i put it on has slowed to nearly non-existent, as for eating more i can't physically eat more i struggle now!

    b-12 made me so hungry I could not satisfy my cravings. I had to quit.

    I'll save it for a mean bulk cycle.

    AAS is not a solution to under eating. If you under eat on AAS your results will be extremely lackluster. Any poundage that you do manage to gain ( it will be minimal if any ) will be lost once you come off because you arent eating enough to support the new muscle.

    You sound like an extreme Ectomorph. As such you will need to eat far more then the rest of us and until you are able to do that AAS will not benefit you.

    I think you need a few more years of natty lifting n eating n eating eating
    What you EAT is the most important and most anabolic .

    Then just do Test E or Cyp only for 10-12 wks. Nothing else.
    Split it up to something like tuesday pin 250mg then friday another 250mg.

    FOOD IS THE MOST ANABOLIC SUBSTANCE THERE ITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
