You are suppose to ask for advice about cycles before you started one, because if you done any kind of research or asked before you started a deca only cycle you will know its a bad cycle and will results in many sides, but lets try and move forward and give us your stats and cycle/training history

First thing your body fat is way to high to start a cycle, starting a cycle at your bf will result in some nasty sides like estrogen related sides, bloat, gyno and high BP etc, your also going to experience some low libido due to going on a deca only cycle. You also havent trained in the past year which isnt a wise to start steroids if you havent built some kind of base from yrs of training.
I can see you have done no research and dont really know what your doing so my advice is for you to stop the cycle now and start understanding about diets and drop your bf right down via diet and cardio, best of luck

actually it's 17% i got my body fat wrong... not sure it makes a difference by the sound of it

even at 17% you're still more prone to sides. Lots of posts i've seen on here debate whats the right BF% to be under to cycle. Some guys say 16% others say 14% Reguardless you need to research on your own and read this sites info on beginner cycles and things to consider before aas. Deca only even at a one time does of 100mg will shut down your body's test production so at a minimum you need to run a TRT type dose of test with it. Where you're at now since you've already started you have a couple options. A. Get some nolva and clomid and start a PCT, then go back to researching.
B. Find Test to add to your cycle and some kind of AI to help deal with side effects then run propper PCT
C. Finish your deca cycle be bloated, with erectile disfunction, maybe see some temp gains maybe not.
Personally i'd go with option A just my humble opinion though
Whether your 17% bf or 25% your not ready to be running any kind of cycle the best thing to do would be to stop that deca only cycle "Now".
