test cyp 250 , so so
im on test cyp 250 @ 750mg a week and the gains have really been so so , what could i be doing wrong

6 weeks , i just brought it up to 750mg this week cuz not much was happenning

If it's legit, you should be feeling just about now.
Have you noticed an increase in libido?

eating 4 meals a day plus shakes and snacks , libido has always been high so i dont rly see a deference , last cycle i did what a test 400 so i cant compare this one to the last thats why im asking

i dont know much about aas as im just starting out in it, but to build muscle you need:
diet
sleep
correct training. even on aas you can overtrain from my understanding. overtraining put my gains on hault before.
and proper test levels, which you should be way over

Cyp takes a long time to start showing its biggest results. You start with a libido increase (Ive found) around week 3-4, then the muscle gains around week 5-6 then the biggest gains around 8-11. I wouldnt have upped the dose but now thats its been done just run with it. Ive never ran 750/wk, my highest was 600/wk test on my 4th cycle
