Can you really keep and maintain gains from Anavar?

So is it possible to maintain your gains from an Anavar only cycle?

The key to Anavar is that you don't gain that much mass. What you do gain is lean and hard. It also can help reduce your BF if you diet and exercise right while on your cycle. Therefore, those gains are easier to maintain, since you aren't trying to support 20-30 extra pounds of mass after your cycle ends like you would be with test or other such compounds. However, you still need to eat right and train right or any gains will go away, even natural ones. The gain to maintaining gains is continuing to do the right thing once you are off the cycle.

Muscle is muscle and it doesn't really matter what compound you gained it on. The main factor here is how suppressed you are when you come off, so with Anavar -only you should be GTG with a light PCT.

True, but you still have to maintain it once you've gained it. I want to make sure he gets that.

    FF, whats up bro.

Keep in mind you will lose a higher % of your gains if you gain more. Right?
Test can give a 20 lb gain so if you lose 5 lbs thats 25%.

With Oxandrolone you not gaining 20 lbs. maybe 5-6 in a 10 week cycle.
OA is a great steroid for "weight class" sports for this reason . Also, your strength is what is great about OA.

If you can take it with grapefruit after meals. It can increase fat loss.
    It's non-suppressive to boot.
Finally OA is a fairly safe AAS.

My only real SE was pain in already injured joint regions.

First off, I would not recommend using Anavar for 10 weeks. Anavar is probably the mildest 17aa on the liver, but it is still a 17aa, meaning its hepatoxic. Consequently you need to run liver support while on (Liv52, Milk Thistle, etc.), and should limit cycle time to a max of 8 weeks.

Second, Anavar is still suppressive. Do a search and you will find some good info on this with bloodwork to back it up. One member was down to 2% natural test production post cycle. That's rare from what I've read, but it is still suppressive nonetheless. It is simply not as suppressive as test or the other heavy hitters. You still need a minimum of 3 weeks of PCT (Clomid at 50/50/50 or Nolva at 20/20/20). You can still get libido issues while on it too. You'll want Tribulus and Avena Sativa on hand in case these manifest. It's doubtful you'll get ED from it, but low drive is often reported (though not always).

Anavar is one of the less side effect prone steroids out there. That's part of the reason its expensive, but still popular.
