im on my 3rd day on clen t-3 from ar-r. its working. i got the taurine from them also. its three pills a serving for 500mg so thats at least 18 pills a day minimum. ive been cramping a bit already. is there any higher dose taurine that you would suggest so i dont have to take so many pills. i drank a redbull one shot today that has a gram of taurine in it. but i dont really need the extra energy.

18 pills a day?! usually i get by with 3-4 mg ed, thats 6 pills.
NOW makes a taurine powder that is 1000mg dosage i think..its cheap too

All you need is 2-4 a day.

I go and buy taurine locally, a cheap generic brand that is at 850mg per capsule. I take 2 or 3 per day. 4 usually on a workout day.

Just do a google search for "bulk taurine powder". I recommend the 4th result from the top. It doesn't taste like anything, so just dump a teaspoon (around 5 grams) into water and down it before your workout.

yeah well with this stuff it says 3 pills a serving for the amount of 500mg so to get 3g that would be 18 pills right. i have not been taking that much but i am cramping like a mother****er and im only at 60mcg a day i will look into that other stuff

i just use the straight powder, and dump a small spoonful into my morning shake, no messing arounf with pills then.

well, you shouldnt need that many pills..you would use like 4 bottles a week lol
