So wasup, anyways now i know eggs are considered one of the staple foods of bodybuilding, but theres one problem i've always had with eggs... They're ridiciously high in cholesterol.... Now i know that being on steroids will make the bad cholesterol go up quite a bit and the good go down, so I'm wondering if eggs are a safe food on cycle.
Sry if this belongs in the diet section, I'm not sure though because its a question that has to do with cycling.
