    Exclamation Need help transforming my body.. will this work.

    Hello.

    So im intrested in taking Clenbuterol. Which is better? Gel? or Pills? I can only get the gel form at the present time.

    im 187cms tall and 100KGS.. i lost 8kilo's in a month and 2 weeks following a heavy duty diet... Doing HIIT Cardio 3 days a week and COMPOUND weight training 3 days a week all seperated..

    Is it a good time for me to take it? il be dieting and gyming while on it. except I WILL NOT be doing HIIT cardio.. because apparently its really bad to do intense cardio while on it... im just gona walk 3 days a week for a bit. and Weight train all out. i just want to get ripped and get the muscle to come out.. sick of flabbyness.

    You don't need clen man. Just keep doing what you're doing. If you really want to help yourself then post your diet in the diet section. There's some really brilliant people who know their stuff lingering there. Your diet is INFINITELY more important than running clen..

    You can do higher intensity cardio then walking. Just monitor your heart rate closely and you should be good.

    8kilo's in 2 months is good. Keep up the hard work and avoid clen.

    Hmmmmmm, yeah alota people have been saying that, yeah my diets pretty crap. im just eating 5 meals a day.. not choosing what i eat. Instead of cardio. i want to start doing Brazilian jujitsu and martial arts. would doing that make up for it? alot of body movement... but maybe its too much... so
    Mon, compount weight training,
    Tues, mixed martial arts 2 hours.
    wed weights
    thurs mixed martial arts 2 hours
    fri Weight training.
    sat or sun (cardio)

    hows that?

    I really didn't like the way the clen made me feel. If you don't have to, don't take it. Just stick to your diet and do your cardio. It's more fun to workout and lose fat rather than sit at your desk and tremble with cold sweat.

    Clen is dangerous, and the only results I've ever seen that were promising were coupled with diet and cardio, which will cause you to lose weigth anyway. So what was really causing the weight loss? My money is on diet and cadio, the two things proven for decades to allow you to shed unwanted weight.

    Three days of lifting is good with proper routine. Two-three days of cardio, for a six day a week regimen should get you right where you want to be pretty quickly. I'd go for a nice 3-4 mile run on Saturday or Sunday and rest the other day.
