What up guys well i ahve a friend taking some test right now and he said he iss about 5 weeks in taking 500mg a week and he has nova on hand but i told him that nova prevents and does not fight gyno is this true also i told him that he should get some letro to fight the gyno i dont think it to bad yet he just said his nips are a lil sore a sign of gyno right well anything well help thanks guys

ps i told him to start on here and he can learn alot but he is sketched out about steroid sites scared of getting in trouble but w/e i told him ill try and find out what he can do

I'm running almost the identical cycle and started developing gyno. 10mg/day of nolvadex did the trick for me. (Y)

alright so should he take the letro to be on the safe side or will that lower his estro to much

he coudl start with a low dose letro, like eod or e3d, also you could go with exemestane during cycle.

I would only use letro as a last resort. I think Aromasin would be a much better choice..

he can start the nolva now, as said above, at 10mg/ED.

nolva can prevent and reduce already formed gyno.
