How long after PCT would it be safe to stop working out?
I want to do a cycle before I have gyno removal surgery. Because of the recovery period I'll have to take a month off training. I'm going to do everything in my power to possibly reduce the amount of recovery time because I cant imagine going an entire month with out lifting. Anyways, would I lose a lot of mass I gained on cycle if I stop working out? How long after PCT would it be okay to stop training and hopefully see minimal muscle loss.

yes, I mean possibly if you eat extremely well (which will be hard since post surgery meds will probably kill your appetite) you could keep most of what you put on. But why risk wasting all the money.

I have a really slow metabolism, and whenever I want to cut I really have to restrict my diet. I dont think diet is really an issue for me. If I have to eat, I'll eat.
Also, I was wrong in my OP. I have to wait around 4 weeks to train my chest. I can recommence physical activity after 1-2 weeks.

Its up to you, I just know pain meds make it real hard to eat. I'm just saying I'd hold off, recover and get where you feel comfortable then do a simple cycle with agressive adex dosing.

Its going to be mostly diet just like adding it during training, but hypertrophy can't happen without a muscle being worked as well. So a bit of both more so diet I would say.

If it was me I would just cruiz thru the recovery period. You wouldnt lose much that way. You could even cut during recovery by dieting.

I wouldn't worry too much about the pain meds killing your appetite, you should only need them for a few days at most. I don't think I took mine after the second day. As far as activity goes, 1 month seems like a long time to take off. Once they pull the drain tubes out things start to heal pretty quickly.
