    Confused help!

    Age:26
    Ht: 5'.75"
    Bf: 10.9 % (recently tested)

    hey guys, well...im doing a test/deca/dbol cycle...duration: 12 weeks

    just started week 3:

    so far...the DBOL was Bunk...it dint work...so i have dropped it

    test/deca are legit. here is my confusion, i started my cycle at: 166-168.4 lbs

    depending on how full i was.

    while strength gains are slowly coming at this point...I have weighed as high as 173.6 lbs and as low as 170.4 lbs

    within the 3nd week of this cycle i recorded my heighest weight so far 173.6 lbs...

    Like i said i just started week 4 and my weight has been fluctuating between 170.4-172.2 lbs...i know its early and i have been eating like crazy...

    Why did my weight drop from the 3rd week??? shouldnt it be increasing...is this normal?? id like to put on 18 lbs by the end of this cycle...btw im also doing HCG 250 i.u. x 2 a week alongside as well.

    Is this working the way its suppose to? should i be concerned with the fluctuations?

    If you sure your gear is legit then you arent eating enough. Weight fluctuates so dont stress over it too much. You will probly get asked to post your diet because like I said chances are you arent eating enough.

    diet is great had a cold for the past couple of days maybe that is affecting food intake but i still try to eat as much i can.

    As Follows:
    5-6 meals/ per day

    protien sources: protien shake (30g/serving), chicken breasts, eggs, Cottage cheese, Lean Steak, Lean Ground Beef
    Carbs: sprouted bread, Brown Rice, 100% whole grain Oatmeal
    Fats: Olive oil, and Avocados
    Fruits: oranges, and apples

    This is all i will be eating. all my meals are goin to be variations of these food items.

    I honestly wouldn't be that concerned about a few lb weight fluctuation.

    Sounds good. Btw an update, i weighed myself today and its back 173 lbs...so i suppose i just gotta keep at it.

    You are running compounds that don't fully kick you in the ass until weeks 4-5. Keep your training, diet, and rest up to par and you'll be noticing results soon enough.

    I'm not on anything and my weight varies by 4 lbs on any given day due to water....
