    Newby Needing some serious help!!

Ok i guess i need to start off by being honest, I started my very first cycle roughly 4 weeks ago mixing 1ml of t400 along with 1ml of EQ once a week, my hopes were to gain strength and lean down. I have a friend who is a competative body builder who coached me on what to cycle as well as he got it for me so i have trust in him as far as the stuff being legit. I have seen over the last few weeks a great increase in strength but along with it has come a problem, my stomach is bloated 24-7 if i eat an apple it feels like i ate an entire meal. Im a certified sports nutritionist and am very aware of good eating habits and am eating super clean. also i am retaining water around my abs noticably and have gained unwanted weight.. Can anyone help me with this problem?? do i need to wait it out a little longer for my body to adjust or am i doing somthing wrong here?? please drop me a line im more than eager to learn and figure this out. Thanx

Add some protein source to your last meal.
How much protein has your protein shake and your protein bar?
And what is your total protein intake?

If you think water retendion....Nope protein won't cause that at all. Carbs can cause water retendion.

I don't think you're that bloated. I think you have too much fat on you.

Your diet need some major, major work: I suggest you start a thread in the diet forum.

I don't like your PCT. I'd run HCG on cycle, and use SERMs in PCT.

How long and for what doses do you plan to run your PCT?

Also, you're only running your cycle for 7 weeks?

Kinda pointless to run long esters that short the way you're doing it.

Your test should be run for at least 12 weeks, and EQ is worthless for less than 14. Water retention could be caused by estrogen. Are you on an AI? Also, your body fat is higher than would be typically recommended for a cycle. You run the risk of higher estrogen related side effects at a higher BF. Probably part of your problem.

PCT should be Nolva at 40/40/20/20 and Clomid at 100/50/50/50. HCG should be used based on consensus either on cycle, or after your last pin, but before you start pct (while waiting for the esters to drop).

You first cycle should have only been test, that way you would know how you react to it. Now you are experiencing side effects and don't know if it's the test or the EQ.

Things like broccoli will cause you to retain water. Things you'd never suspect. I'd do a search on things like that and see if you can find a source in your diet as well. Protein will not cause water retention, but I agree that you are taking in too little. At 185 you should be eating 185-277 grams of protein a day minimum.
