Can my friend take anavar during his pct?

Cycle History- 1st cycle.

20mg nolva and 30mg anavar a day for 3 weeks and my dose was 7 weeks 300mg test e a week and 100mg winny a day then the last 5 weeks are just 300mg test e.

Is this the proper time to take anavar.

No not at all. Anavar is suppressive and not something you want to be taking when you are trying to get your natural hormone levels back up to par. It'd be COMPLETELY counter productive.

No! Bad idea! You dont want to take any AAS during PCT.
It will hinder natural recovery.

def a bad idea, plus 30mg a day i think is too little, you need roughly 40-50mg a day, minimum.

He shouldn't be cycling in the first place... and no, of course he shouldn't cycle another steroid during PCT. This would be counter-productive at best. If your friend knew the purpose behind a PCT and understood how Anavar works, he'd know that this was a very stupid question.

Exactly. Way too young. Complete PCT and then stay away from steroids for at least another five years.

Anavar could be effective at 30mg/day for some people, but most are going to need 40-50. Some guys go as high as 80-100. However, never, never during PCT for the reasons already mentioned.

PCT looks insufficient as well. I'd prefer to see at least 4 weeks coming off a 12 week cycle. You should probably do a 40mg kicker for the first week at least as well. Might want to add some Clomid too at like 100/50/50/50.
