First cycle suggestion?
Hi I'm new here and have been researching for a couple days. I know I still have plenty of research to do and will do alot more even before considering to buy anything. I would like to have what I think my first cycle should be critiqued. Any suggestion to make it better would be most appreciated. And I will be posting my diet in the diet forum soon as well as my training schedule. So far this is what I got.
Before Cycle
2 weeks before cycle use Nolva (Tamox) 10mg ED, L-dex .25mg ED
Cycle
1 – 4 D-bol 20mg ED
1 – 10 Test Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex (Tamox) 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED
1 – 12 HCG 500 iu/wk
PCT
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva (Tamox) / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva (Tamox) / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva (Tamox) / .25mg L-dex

Why are you starting to run nolva an that stuff 2 weeks before hand? I think you would only need just one anti estrogen run through out the whole cycle and not 3, the rest seems pretty basic to me. What are your stats?

bf: not sure but I know it is very low. I have a decent build and I feel that I am also decently shredded. I can post pics soon
training experience: As of right now I have 4 years of serious lifting/ endurance training and by that I mean marathons/ long distance swimming. Before that I have been lifting since 2002 but not with the knolledge of deit and training methods that I have now.
goals with this cycle: Well to tell u the truth I'm not sure. I dont know enough on the subject as of yet to know what normal gains would be on a begginners cycle. My goal is to just be able to training harder then I'm training now and put and maintain as many quality pounds as I can while building the muscle memory of faster runs and swims.

Like I said I will post pics soon but I'm doing a training regime that is alittle off the charts right now. I'm currently in the Marines and I'm training to switch branches to the Navy in hopes to becoming a Navy Seal. So Although I know what I'm about to say is gonna sound stupid. I feel it is nessessary for my success at BUD/s. What I'm doing is 72 hours of no sleep while sticking to my regular training schedule (cross fit/ running/ swimming) and I run 1 mile out and one mile back before every meal on top of everything. This is to simulate the first 3 days of hell week. I am aware of the muscle's need of rest. this is not to build up my body but to build up my mind. Also I will not be doing things like this if and when I get on the gear. Obviously so that I can make the most out of my cycle. I said all that to say that I dont think right now is a good time to take a pic becuase I look pretty sorry right now. I'm 45 hours in right now and very tired lol. well....gotta go run...I immeadiatley regret my decision to do this lol

Up the Dbol to at least 30mg ED
Test looks good, be sure to split injections during the week.
Use either an AI or the SERM, not both. Estrogen is important during the cycle for gains.
HCG looks good, but it isn't necessary for the whole cycle. I'd run it the last 4 weeks to assist in PCT. Obviously if testicular atrophy occurs before then, begin ASAP.
PCT is overkill. Clomid 100/50/50/50 Nolva 40/40/20/20 will be more than enough for this cycle.
Get blood work done prior to cycling and a few weeks after PCT.
Use liver support for your Dbol.

Which one would u suggest. What would be better to use? the SERM or AI? Also which ever one you tell me to use would I still take it at the same dose I have listed or more?
As far as the test E it will be definetly be taken in two doses.

same with the dbol , 30mg everyday for the first 4 weeks.
With the pct when you say 100/50/50/50 I'm assumming you mean 100mg every day for the first week. then next week go down to 50mgs and so on?
The blood work if definetly a must and instead of loading u with question about it Ill read about the blood work thread and if I have any question then Ill ask.
Do u suggest the liver support that ar-r supplies?

Yes correct on the PCT. When I do Clomid it's actually 50/50/50/50, but for you bump it up just to make sure you get full restoration.

ok so here is the new and improved 1st cycle. Tell me what u think. This is with all of your suggestions.
Cycle
1 – 4 D-bol 30mg ED (Used with AR-r Liver protection)
1 – 10 Test Enan 500mg/wk (2x 250mg shots on Monday/ Thurs)
1 – 12 Aromasin 10mg EOD
8 – 12 HCG 500 iu/wk ( 2x 250 iu used same days as test E)
PCT
(starts 14 days after last shot of Test E)
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Looks good. 1 thing I would change is the start time on your PCT. Technically it's a 10.5 day half life on the Enathate so begin PCT on the 11th day after your last pin.
