I was wondering, how long does it take for ones body to "get used to" ephedrine? i have 60mg tabs and am currently taking 2 a day. But i can't help feeling that it doesn't have the same effect on my body as in the begining.

Takes me about 2 -3 weeks to start noticing a decline in effectiveness.

u feel the effects of ephedra like 30 minutes after you pop the pills
at this point it is burning fat, but it burns a very small amount, which over 8-12 weeks adds up
