Why exactly do you want to discuss Steroids with your doctor?
Because he prescribed me nandrolone. I never even had steroids in mind when he gave me the prescription.

He's been monitoring my thyroid and blood levels for a long time. He's also given advice on nutrition and lifting with me. After my blood results last month he told me my IGF-(not sure of the number) levels were low as was my test. And said that this would help me get to a decent size.
I realize diet has a lot to do with building muscle but, when I bump my calories I often don't see gains in the gym and will put on fat. It took me a long time to put on 10lbs.
If you're asking this question, it means you are not ready for anabolics and you need to take a step back for at least a couple years to focus on the fundamentals of working out.
Your most likely not training properly. With a good diet and good training u will put on mass no matter who you are.
