Tighten up? Can you elaborate a bit more, and do you have any idea what your body fat is?

Well, since you're stomach is significantly smaller I feel like it would be difficult for you to acquire adequate nutrition to gain muscle...not saying its impossible, but you would have to go about it differently them someone else would

my arms, legs and chest are loose because of losing so much weight. so in a sense i feel i need to add muscle mass to tighten up. and i dont know what my body fat is.

Gotcha. You don't need steroids . You need to prepare a nutrition program designed to fill you out, in conjunction with a mass building routine. The nutrition and workout Q+A can assist you.

Sorry bud I won't answer that because I'm going to assume you'll be out looking for what I suggest and not heed the proper advice.

Yes, post what you eat on a daily basis in the nutrition section. Provide your goals and stats and they'll set you up. Same applies to your workout routine.

I could be wrong but i dont think building muscle is gonna fill the loose skin you have sorry, again i could be wrong but i think as you yourself pointed cosmetic surgery might be your answer. If you do remove the loos skin and you build muscle your skin will stretch along with your muscle growth as it did with your, for lack of a better term fat growth

Is that a procedure that you have to pay for(?), or is it a project a doctor might take pro-bono?

I was fat when I was younger and always wished I could have my skin redone.

If you have to pay for it, what does such a procedure like that cost?

I wish you the best on your transformation
