Okay, so I've been on here the last few days just reading in hopes of not coming off as a complete idiot.
Stats-
30 years old
197 lbs
10-12% bf (est. - the last time I was tested was over a year ago at 10.8%)
I did one cycle of Test 400 about 5 years ago with no PCT. I didn't really know what I was doing, but I had great results and held onto most of my gains for quite a while. Now however, I'm not looking to get bigger, but I really want to get more vascular and cut. I know that a lot of that has to do with diet. I'm pretty good right now, but I'm getting a lot of knowledge from this site already about diet.
Before I found this site, I was thinking I wanted to do a cycle of Winnie, but now that I've done some homework here, I think that wouldn't have been a good decision. I'm now thinking a Var only cycle might be a better way for me to go. Based off what I've read, I'm thinking 6 weeks, but I'm still not sure on the doses I should be taking. I've seen everything from 20 mg per day to 100 mg per day. Being that I'm not concerned about putting on size, but would like to get stronger and have more definition, what would you guys recommend?
Also, what would be the preferred PCT? I've seen posts that recommend Clomid and Nolva. What would be the better direction to go based on what I'm looking to achieve?
