one of mine friend did the following
1-12 week test 500 mg/week
8-12 week winny 50 mg/day ( injectable)

No offence but if you did a lot of research you would already know what the recommended doses are and how lonf to take it. Also, from my experience Winni should not be taken solo and most stack it with Test.. You may as well post your stats too cause none will give you an answer without it.

Lots of potential side effects with Winstrol. I'd recommend Anavar instead, which you can run solo with no problem. 40-50mg/day for 6-8 weeks. Live52 or Milk Thistle while on for liver support. Tribulus and Avena Sativa for libido while on. Clomid at 50mg/day for three weeks for PCT, start immediately after finished.
